Hostal Florida Sevilla

We purchased tickets to a Flamenco show at the main desk. We confirmed the starting time with the staff, so were very disappointed when we arrived for the show to find that the staff had advised us of an incorrect starting time. We missed 3/4 of the show. Very disappointed. Poor knowledge and communication skills by the staff. Would not recommend this hostel.

Simple hotel in city center, really, in 15-20 minutes walk you can reach every main place of interest, good position! the room was very basic and the bathroom a little bit small. The staff was kindly and helpful. Breakfast was not included but there are several cafes in the surroundings. Anyway we enjoyed a beautiful trip in Seville!

First when we arrived they didn’t know we were 2... the reservation was registered only for 1 person in their computer... but fortunately for us we had the email saying it was for 2... so they didnt have any room for 2 left! Soooo they gave us the first room available on ground floor for disabled persons. Before entering the room the girl from the reception said “I’m not sure you’re going to like the room” When you open the door you must first be a little fit! the door doesnt open completely because of the bed, on each side of the bed you have like 30 cm to move, the tv is the size of an ipad screen.. you have 2 windows unreachables because they were too high! To go to the bathroom you have to be short otherwise you will hurt your head every time you want to pee!... we didn’t undo the bed to sleep but kept our clothes and covered ourselves with the old blanket they had! Oh and also the windows was giving “view” and ears” on the amazing reception on which we had the pleasure to listen every conversation of the night! After a loooong night without sleeping we decided not to stay the second night and we wanted our money back... and obviously they refused to give it to us... thanks to tripadvisor we found a 4 stars hotel in the center for only 20€ more... and there were no doubt about going there!! Horrible experience
