Very disappointing customer service. I fully accept that I missed the cancellation deadline and that the hotel was contractually entitled to charge the first night of my reservation. This review is not about the cancellation policy itself. The issue is how the hotel handled a genuine request for assistance after an unforeseen personal situation prevented me from travelling. I contacted the hotel immediately, acknowledged my mistake, took full responsibility, and simply asked whether any goodwill gesture could be considered, such as a partial refund, future credit, voucher, or any reasonable alternative. My request was escalated to management and ultimately rejected without any flexibility or customer-oriented solution being offered. Hotels have every right to enforce their policies. However, customer service is often measured by how a company responds when unexpected situations arise. In this case, I felt there was no willingness whatsoever to find a compromise or demonstrate any level of goodwill. What disappoints me most is not the financial loss, but the complete lack of flexibility and customer care shown throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would not choose this hotel or the YIT Hotels group again.

If I had read the comments here, we probably would not have stayed. I do not agree with them, perhaps because we have known the hotel for a long time and it does not surprise us. The hotel has always fulfilled the functions we were looking for: to sleep, take a shower, and have the air conditioning work. It is not my favorite, but it is always there in case we need it because the ones we like go up in price that day. The bed is comfortable and you sleep well. When hotels in general were priced at $200 and above, this one is at a better price of $100 with parking. It needs a little renovation, especially concerning the shower. It would be convenient to include shampoo and perhaps a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. Cleaning the windows for greater visibility and enjoyment of the views. Friendly staff and always good service.

I travel every week and always stay in 4-star hotels and, I haven’t seen a hotel that has so much left over one of its stars. This hotel is not the category it currently has, small and uncomfortable rooms, few staff, shaved bathtubs (if BATHTUBS), walls that fall apart and, even being on the 10th floor, the street sounds like we are on the ground floor. I come every month to Seville and this will not be my usual accommodation. Of course, to go to the fair is very comfortable because it has the subway 100 meters.
