Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Right from when Manon welcomed us with a glass of Cava to when we checked out in the early hours with the lovely night porter we were treated like special guests and friends. Manon, Cristina and Stefania were always ready to help with bookings, recommendations and directions. Dani and Eloy served us drinks at the bar with friendly chat and humour. Ana and Enrique provided immaculate breakfast service with charm. The room was cleaned perfectly and the young porter was very efficient and helpful. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our visit to Seville and all the staff couldn't have provided a better service.
