The location is terrible; we drove in circles for about 45 minutes until we found the hotel with the GPS. The hotel is located in an industrial area. About half an hour by bus to the center. Dirty and messy around the hotel. The interior is run-down. The beds are way too hard. Upon inquiry, there were neither toppers nor any other options to lie softer. Breakfast had little variety.
