This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely excellent—it’s just a short walk to the Royal Alcázar and many of Seville’s main attractions, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complimentary bottled water and drinks are replenished daily, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and room service is available whenever you need it. There are also laundry facilities, which are especially convenient for travelers on a longer trip.
Overall, this hotel has everything you could ask for: a perfect location, comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and thoughtful service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.

Location is convenient to all sites and just roaming the Santa Cruz district. Staff was super friendly. Don't know name of night staff - very helpful gentleman. Rooms are small but clean with small fridge, water , tea/ coffee and tea kettle. We had the bedrooms for five of us. Bathrooms in the double room were small but the single room bath was a good size. Our rooms faced the street and were across from a stretch light. The curtains kept light out. Hotel provides eye mask and ear plugs. One of the rooms had some noise at night but the other two. Overall great value and would stay again.

The location is the strong point of the hotel; you can walk to almost anywhere in the city center. The breakfast is good and varied. However... there is no parking (and it appears when you filter hotels with parking), and the nearby options are quite expensive. The hotel is a bit dated (on the other hand, it has reasonable prices), the rooms are very small and not always perfectly clean, and this is a significant flaw. In short, not a bad experience, but more could be expected.
