strange electric charging stations, 5 minutes of charge for just 5 euros, barely 10% more! breakfast in a large, very noisy room, concentrated fruit juice, and the slices of ham and cheese are very, very thin. in the room, there is no trash can and no magnifying mirror. the hallway flooring is too noisy. a steep walk between the parking lot and the elevators is very difficult for wheelchairs. very pleasant and professional reception.

Everything important is fine, comfortable beds, shower with good pressure and breakfast is pretty good, there is everything. But what I would highlight most is that they strive to make customers at ease, in that the staff is a 10. During our stay it was the April fair and they make available to customers a free bus to get to and from the April fair in Seville. The kitchen staff every morning offered us gluten-free options for coeliacs, such as fresh gluten-free bread and pastries or fried eggs, as I said before, all the staff are very good and professional. It is true that there are some improveable things in the maintenance of the hotel, I mean furniture, walls, etc., but nothing that affects comfort or well-being. Every year we come to the Jerez motorcycle championship weekend, and we will continue to come because we are treated very well and has a magnificent value for money.

I totally recommend this hotel, the staff attended us with very kindness, resolved our doubts to get to Seville, the bus stop is located opposite the hotel, the employees of the dining room very attentive and friendly, clean and well located facilities with easy parking. We will be back without a doubt, thank you very much.
