Hostal Atenas

Extraordinarily rude receptionist, had to beg for sugar then each and every little things, she is being very difficult. Just shouldn’t be in hospitality. Asked to put luggage and she was showing displeasure in every step to make the stay so miserable. Room is nice just need trained staff to run business like this. She just see customers as a distraction as she just want to use phone and chill.

Very spacious room with comfy bed. Located in the old town amongst the narrow winding streets. Ideal for sightseeing , about 10 minute walk to the cathedral , a short taxi ride to the railway station and within 30 mins of the airport. Quiet at night

They refused to commincate, unable to check in, nobody to speak to, hung me up on phone. The door was closed, there was a number to call, they don’t talk English. After asking questions they hanged me up. I tried to call back the number several times, but nobody picked up the phone any more. Cannot understand how can they operate a hostel with such approach.
