Hotel Dona Blanca

The location is decent. It's 15 mins form train station and 15 mins walking from historic city center (Cathedral). Hotel itself is more like a family run business - Good thing is 24*7 reception however rooms itself - Give a home like feel. A/C remote was barely working, towels were grey in colour etc. Decent stay however could be better! Staff was helpful and kind :)

A very average hotel and is pricey compared to the facilities we got. It is not run very professionally, towels were hard and of grey colour, not white. Location is just at the entry of historic centre, though not far from Santa Justa Railway Station. There was no electric kettle in the room, but manager was kind enough to provide hot water from the common kettle kept at the entrance. AC remote was very old, wasn’t functioning properly, it looked like a room of an old house of 1980s. Only saving grace was the kind attitude of one of the managers. There were no cups or glasses in the room, they provided only thermocol cups (toxic) They need to upgrade their basic facilities at least as location isn’t bad.
