Rincon de Gala

My experience with Hostal Pensión El Rincón de Gala has been deeply disappointing and I want to share it as a warning for future travelers. The customer service was absolutely deplorable. When I tried to modify the dates of my reservation several days before it by mistake, I found myself with a flat refusal and a total lack of empathy. They didn’t even bother to consider alternative options or show the slightest interest in helping to resolve my situation. What is worrying is that this behavior seems to be systematic in view of other reviews and not an isolated incident. The woman I spoke to on the phone demonstrated an administrative rigidity that reflects a business philosophy focused exclusively on her profit, completely ignoring the needs of her clients. When you book by AirBnb in an ad that appears to book a private individual who does not detail at any time that you are booking at this property, you do not have the option to check the reviews of what other travelers have suffered and fall into the trap. Luckily, by opening a case with AirBnb customer service I was able to get my money back and cancel the booking. Customer satisfaction studies have repeatedly shown that flexibility and adaptability are determining factors in the perception of service quality. This establishment absolutely lacks both qualities. I strongly recommend that you look for alternative accommodation in Soria. The city offers numerous options with better service and more reasonable policies, where your stay will be valued. Your time and money deserve an establishment that values you as a customer.

Small renovated hostel in the city center. Very nice and modern decorated. Functional. Very clean with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and pillows and adjustable temperature. Very comfortable. Telephone service with super friendly staff. Without reception perhaps because of the dates but perfect system by codes to access it. Thank you!!

We are in a room where the wifi does not work, the refrigerator does not work, the light bulb in the bathroom is out..... To collect, they call us from a phone number that later, to solve these problems, they do not answer your calls and messages. There is never anyone at the reception. Shameful.
