Alfonso VIII

The room did not meet expectations for a superior room in a 4-star hotel. It was an interior room, standard size, with uninviting decor and it's not very clear what type of hotel it wants to be. A bit patched up. The location is good, that's for sure.

The rooms and the location are excellent. We traveled in a large group. The service was also excellent. However, the low rating is due to a breakfast that is lacking in variety (for what could be considered standard in a 4-star hotel), only croissants, no dairy beyond slices of cheese, only scrambled eggs as a "hot" breakfast... no yogurts, more varied fruit, cake, bacon, eggs... The wine with meals... could be improved.

Comfortable rooms, spacious enough, bathroom very well and very clean. Quality breakfast. It is not buffet but they offer you a menu in which they prepare everything they offer. You can have dinner at the bar they have. Good quality. The only stick I'd put is that one side of the bed has no plug.
