We stayed at the aparthotel for seven days; they brought my grandson to me for three afternoons.
When we left the apartment on the last day, to my surprise, I had a three-day charge because the three-year-old child had entered the hotel facilities; they explained to me that for security reasons, all people of any age must be registered. Why didn't they say so the first afternoon? What security are they talking about if they let him in for three afternoons? Nobody said anything, but they certainly wanted to charge for three full days of accommodation without him being registered.
Given my dissatisfaction, they lowered it to paying for only one day in the purest flea market style; I paid it to avoid making more of a scene.
I find it shameful, and having been customers for years, I don't intend to ever return here again.
