Apartamentos Las Dunas

Las Dunas apartments are located next to the beach and close to the River Both the outdoor facilities and the super clean pools with clear water are very clean Everything breathes cleanliness and lots of peace of mind The beds are very comfortable and the staff very attentive and helpful

Location was probably best, 250m from the beach. Supermarket around the corner. The center was less than 500m walk from the apartment. Other shops also a short distance away The 2 rented apartments were very dirty, poorly maintained, not well cleaned. Smoking was forbidden, but it looked like an ashtray. It smelled very much like cigarette smoke. Apartments were very decrepit, and had not had maintenance for years. Dirty stains and burn holes in the sofa bed, footsteps on the ceiling, "snot stains" at cruising height in the shower curtain, mold in the bathroom and sealant edges moldy and blackened out. Seemed like the apartments have been rented out in Salou for the past 5 years to 16 year olds who had a good time. Pool was ok but not the idea that it was very very pure. Water was sometimes milky. Contact with landlord was there, but she did not listen. Several agreements made with the landlord were not fulfilled. Booked through Booking.com, but they were not available for mediation and responded to various emails/contacts hardly or not. As a result, we have been little in the 2 rented apartment, because it was dirty, unhygienic, and perhaps with all the mold also unhealthy.

These are excellent serviced apartments and absolutely ideal for a short stay in Cambrils. Finished to a very high standard with all necessary facilities. Free Wifi is especially commendable. Note : images are from the apartment with hot tub / roof terrace which are in fact 80m down the road in another block, but all apartments are of the same high standard. Our group used both.
