Firstly this is an honest review from a travel agent travelling with my own family. The hotel is situated next to the beach which is convenient apart from that you need to get a bus into Cambrils or Salou. That is the only positive. The hotel does not cater for English at all. All the signs are in Spanish, the food labels are Spanish making it difficult to select food. There is limited choices so no dietary requirements or allergies catered for. All week there has been towels on sunbeds from Spanish families yet as soon as an English family, and not just my own, put a towel down they are removed and you get an angry confrontation in front of upset children! You are not allowed anything in the pool unless you are Spanish, then you can throw balls and push people in on top of other people. The rooms are very dated, one room the fridge didn’t work, another the toilet kept breaking, 3 rooms has ant infestations and we had to go and get spray. Nothing resolved with staff as none speak English and rely on google translate. The entertainment, if you can call it that, lasts one hour. One night there were 3 dancers just dancing to pop music, one night was neon night were they gave out limited glow sticks and just played music through a speaker and one night was just dance, where they just stick the game on a tv screen and that was it. Would I return… not at all, would I recommend.. definitely not

Well-located hotel facing the sea and a 30-minute walk from the center. The apartment hotel is spacious, a bit old-fashioned. We had taken half-board (perhaps the apartments are different if you do not take it), there is nothing in the kitchen to cook with. 4 spoons, 4 forks, 4 knives, 1 small saucepan for a bowl, and one frying pan, that is ALL. The fridge is tiny, as is the storage cabinet. As for the half-board, you just eat, nothing more. Drinks are extra and quite expensive, €2.80 for a small bottle of water. Housekeeping is done every day, which is a plus. Wi-Fi and parking are extra.

We come Here since 12 years and it Always is amazing. The people around Here, especially the ones working in the kitchen and at the bar, are so nice! Its a great Hotel for families because they have a Lot of Program.
