At the reception they were not so friendly and helpful. The apartment has a window in the room which is shaded and cannot open it, so it is pointless and is always dark in the room. Everything else is nice and the staff at the restaurant are polite. The food is very good .We have HP.For breakfast I lack more choice of cereal. Everything else was quite ok for the 3stars.

There are very few places we've been that we wouldn't consider going back to, but sadly, and in spite of its great location and some truly lovely staff like Azra, this is a place that was only OK because the weather was lovely during our stay. As other reviews have hinted, our welcome at the front desk on arrival was abrupt and offhand. It seemed as if the staff on duty couldn't get our key thrust at us quickly enough to get us out of their way. This lack of friendliness and simple courtesy is the real source of our dissatisfaction. The room was satisfactory considering the prices we were charged, but hotel publicity led us to believe that the room would be serviced. All this really involved was a daily change of towels; nothing else. Fair enough. Again, for the budget, we couldn't expect great variety or even quality of food on our half-board deal. There were no pleasant surprises in this respect, either. However, what every traveller has a right to expect in any rented accommodation is civility. Most of the people who worked in reception seemed to prefer staring at the floor when guests were passing rather than offer any kind of friendly acknowledgement. This isn't because we ever complained or antagonised them, and it wasn't a question of our behaviour, either. We are neither young to be keeping odd hours, nor rowdy. It's a pity that this experience soured our perception of the whole resort, but a useful lesson we have learnt is that sometimes we may get a better bargain by paying a bit more.

This hotel has to be the best affordable hotel going. Comments on the staff been rude. Is funny because there not. there Spanish with very little English. Not rude. There is only one person that comes across rude and that the intusiastic waiter in the restaurant an he ain't rude just trys to explain stuff with his hands.. but it's close to everywere its about a 8 min slow hung over walk to the best breckfast in town witch is uncle sams then tempell bar is about 3mins around the corner and Danny boys is about 6 mins main shop street just across the road from hotel. we stayed in most accomadationns over the last few year in salou this had to be the best for its price walk in the door on left is a massive double room in front is a massive toilet with shower an bath a.c. that actually works is located in a massive sitting room an dining room and the kitchen is located in another room also so u don't smell of boiled eggs on a night out all an all great hotel no pool u use a different hotel but infarnes would I be bothered there's four miles of life gaurded beech a street away so sum it up not much for kids but if ur like me hittin 30 like good night life and relaxing on the beech with gourgous accomadation I can go back an take a power nap any time then this hotel is the one p.s no kettle supplied plenty of pots but there a electric shop on the main street costs 5.99 for a kettle if u wanna b a big spender
