Agua / Golden Pineda

It was a building site, no swimming pool closed down and all green and common areas closed. We were told there would be a pool and place for kids to play. Railing missing off ramp very dangerous. Shower broken, mould on the ceilings and window broken. The noise from the drilling that starts at 7am my two autistic children are very upset and frightened and it has ruined are holiday. Whole family bitten with bed bugs, s , smell of damp. We were totally ignored we rang multiple time they blanked our calls, then told us they don’t understand English. We had to move apartments with refund or help. Stay away from this place it’s a hell hole. The owners just want money and don’t care about it been dangerous or that I had two special needs children that upset. Home and Go Golden Pineda you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!
