Separate place to collect apartment keys which was very unclear on arrival. Paid 200 euros deposit and told to make sure dishes were washed or we’d lose it. Left it cleaner than I found it. Very poor accommodation and dated. No kettle. Only 4 hand towels supplied for the whole week. Very few electrical points. Fridge and microwave plugged into a dodgy looking extension lead. No air conditioning just fans circulating warm air. It was dreadful!!

Cockroaches everywhere, kitchen, bathroom full when it's evening, kitchen and bathroom cupboards rot from the humidity, 2 pans and one pot for a whole family, never again for us, we had to drive around 3 times for the key, and got no response!

On the street with an apartment contracted since 4 p.m. and paid for without having to wait for them to relocate me or give me some solution, they leave me on the street waiting without any help. They are scoundrels, the girl from the real estate agency told us that they rent that apartment to many people on the same day and leave many families on the street.... Don't hire him.
