This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. The pool area is spacious with plenty of beds available. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, the hotel bar is great value for money and the hotel staff are friendly. This is very much a hotel catered more for the Spanish which wasn’t a problem for us, however, this did make the entertainment a little more difficult for us to understand. If you want a more relaxing holiday without the bustle of Salou this is perfect.

4-Star Hotel That Falls Short (Feels Like a 3-Star)The Good:Relaxation Zones: The best part of the hotel was the spa and the peacefulness of the rooftop terrace, which features comfortable pool beds. A great spot to disconnect. Gastronomy: The food is good and of acceptable quality. The Bad:Rooms: Old and outdated. They urgently need a complete renovation and makeover. Night Service: Very little staff in the café at night. The service is so slow that it forces you to go to the bar to serve yourself. However, they are incredibly fast when it is time to close up. Weak Entertainment: Most activities are strictly for kids. For adults, there are only pool games and a rather mediocre water aerobics session.Deafening Noise: The karaoke at the pool bar sounds like a clucking chicken coop. It completely ruins your rest and the peace of enjoying the sea. Conclusion:It is a very average 4-star hotel that truly deserves 3 stars. Despite the good moments at the spa and the rooftop, I will not return given the price paid and what was offered.

We were in this hotel in July. There is no wifi in the rooms, in other parts of the hotel it is very weak. the rooms are small, you can hardly move in them, there are not enough wardrobes .During lunch/dinner, the air conditioning is so strong that it is impossible to eat, the banging of plates by the staff is also very loud, so it is almost impossible to have lunch in peace. During our stay, a chair was stolen from us in the lobby in front of the cameras while we were having breakfast, and the staff didn't even react. The beach is public, there are deckchairs in front of the hotel and there are no free ones, considering that the hotel has a lot of guests. There is more fatigue than rest in this place.
