Dismal experience. I do not recommend it at all.
Our stay has been very disappointing from the beginning. After booking on Booking, we received a message stating that check-in was at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00 the next day. We tried to contact previously to ask if it was possible to enter earlier, but we did not get a response. Communication is virtually non-existent when they are not interested.
However, they do contact you when it suits them: they called us immediately at 16:00 to find out what time we were arriving, and the next day, at 10:02, they were already calling to pressure us to leave. They told us that if they did not, they would apply a surcharge close to 30% of the fare. We find this to be completely disproportionate.
Moreover, they did not even take into account the time change that night, so in practice they were forcing us to leave an hour early regarding the actual time of stay. The feeling is clear: rather than staying, you are being kicked out.
To make matters worse, the bungalow was in poor condition. The doors didn't close well, the wind was constantly coming in and we were quite cold overnight.
In short: total lack of flexibility, poor communication and very improved accommodation conditions. A rather unfortunate experience.
