I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience my Kim, and I had during our recent stay at Best Terramarina from the 8th to the 19th September 2026. From the moment we arrived, your staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Lydia & Valeria who were working on reception, ensured we were looked after and check in was within issue. I had been emailing as this was Kim’s 60th Birthday holiday. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional, and every team member we encountered was polite, attentive, and eager to help. We particularly enjoyed the themed nights within the restaurants, allowing Kim & I to choose from a great choice of fantastic food. The live music was a great touch, allowing use to experience Spanish music and singing, with many people visiting to also enjoy this. It was great to see so many people enjoying a local talent with great food and drinks I would also like to express my gratitude to all the bar staff, who worked hard to ensure everyone was served with a smile. In England, we are not used to waiter service at a table in a bar The beautiful view from our room, was a dream, allowing us to relax on the bed and listen to the waves on the beach in the evening and extending our sunshine during the day To be able to relax on the large balcony was too good for words The huge room was wonderful, with comfortable beds and a bathroom stocked with shower gel & shampoo I would also like to say a huge thank you to all the housekeepers who kept the room looking spotless and also greeted all the guests with a smile and “Buen Dia” All the meals were amazing, Kim & I dined on freshly cooked pasta, as well as Paella, that was soo good. Each time we arrived, we were were spellbound by the selection of foods that were available, with fantastic presentation, a great credit to all the chefs who worked so hard to present this on a daily basis A huge thank you to Junior, who I joked with that he must sleep in the kitchen, as he was there every day, at each serving both morning and evening Greeted by his big smile every day, added to the delight of this stay We were able to use the pool area, this again , was spotless with the housekeeping team cleaning all day and into the night The high standards within the hotel were matched by everyone who works within the Hotel It is clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness throughout the property Each person we spoke to was friendly, polite, and helpful Kim & I could not ask for any more from a holiday Please pass along our special thanks to Victor, who took the time to speak to the guests and ask them about their holiday Genuinely listening to each guest Our holiday was truly relaxing, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future. I will certainly be recommending the Best Terramarina to friends and family traveling to the area. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality.
