One of the best holidays I have been on.. food was good, drinks were good ,rooms were good and what is expected for the price and all inclusive.. the entertainment team were fantastic, absolutely amazing for children.. the atmosphere was good everywhere we looked everyone was so happy..over all a fantastic stay, would definitely recommend, and we will definitely be returning with our teenagers next time. Thank you inter 2 for a fantastic holiday

Absolutely awful experience, a run down hotel, over run with loud teenagers, loud rap music, old warn bedding from the 70's, no pictures on walls in room, only suitable for young unruly people with no care for others, boys play fighting in snack bar, plastic cups given to keep for duration of your stay, a manager that doesn't approach you to help, my partner and I wanted to cry upon arrival, we were in shock from entering the hotel, it was mayhem, like a school play ground, room's were so dated, covered sofa all warn under the cover, just a awful experience, I sent an email before arrival stated it's a special anniversary for me and my partner, asking for a nice room, little did I know what I'd booked, we had palpitations upon arrival, they changed the room to double bed, another warn room, no pictures a leak which they fixed, old covered sofa, we just couldn't stay, We went to reception and told them, they said manager arrives at 6 so we waited... he didn't bother approach us, as we sat in the snack bar teenagers shouting across the room loud gangster rap music just absolute hell. Finally Lola a girl from reception said we can only offer a room across the road but you still have to eat and drink in this hotel as we were all inclusive, I said would you spend your anniversary in this hotel, she said no, I tried and tried ringing on the beach, it conveniently kept dropping my calls 4 hrs of trying as I pressed option 2 to change hotel, we had no choice but to pay ourselves £110 to go to a better hotel 4R beach 1, what a difference lovely hotel nice people from entering nightmare over. The hotel refused to refund us our money even though we checked out within a few hours of waiting for a manager that couldn't be bothered speaking to us, as he wanted our money, my advice is pay a little more and avoid this hotel it's a nightmare

We stayed here as a group in July 2026. After the long line to check in, there is a deposit of £100 or equivalent. The entertainers work very hard (Rebecca is fantastic) however there are too many guests chasing too few sunbeds and a pool area which is rammed. The drink costs are a mickey take 5.20 Euros compared to Best hotels nearby 3.50 Euros for a beer. The studios are poor to be frank. Untidy lacking enough cutlery and generally a bit of a let down. Towards the end of the stay we encountered a lot of noise from adjoining rooms. The issue was not dealt with well enough by security as we had to attend to reception on multiple times. The attitude of the manager, Sega I can only describe as 'indifferent' Failing to care 2 hoots about the guests staying. Stay here at your peril.
