Very family-friendly hotel, 2 adults and 2 girls aged 7 and 14, from July 20 to 23. It is small, but with all the amenities, gym, massage center, and so on, very well located between the 2 beaches and the area near the hotel (Levante beach) is not overcrowded with people, the other one isn't either. All the staff are very pleasant and always willing to help you with anything, especially since it was who we had the most contact with, all the waiters and buffet management, exquisite treatment, which although it is small, normal for its size, and the food is good, I recommend it 100%.

I highlight the location in front of the beach and on the boardwalk with all the services, shops, bars…. Small hotel, with comfortable and functional rooms. Renovated and very practical bathroom and everything very clean, it is a pleasure! The buffet-style restaurant is very small, the smallest we have been to, but I have to say that the quality and variety are very decent. We have eaten very well. The pool is very, very small but it was not full so we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the sun. The hotel bar is very good, the guys are very friendly, and the terrace is very pretty. As areas for improvement, I would say that there is 1 elevator for the whole hotel and we were waiting a loooong time every time we had to go up to the 4th floor. The pool bar has nothing, they do not serve drinks, they have nothing, and it is a shame because of where it is located.

Don’t be put off by some reviews this is a great hotel in a brilliant location. We stayed as a family of 4 - mum, dad and our two grown up daughters. The hotel is very nice and not over priced. Our rooms were on the second floor both with balconies. The rooms were very clean with nice dressing area and bathrooms with large showers. The location is great with two beautiful beaches and beach bars. Also easy walking distance into Salou town. We enjoyed being able to go into the busy town but then escape back to the hotel area which was much calmer with lovely restaurants nearby and Houdini’s sky bar across the road. The breakfast is continental with a small selection of egg, bacon and sausage. Perfectly adequate. This is not an all inclusive hotel so I think people expect too much. There is a lovely swimming pool and bar area which gets busy at night. We had a massage at the wellness centre which was lovely - definitely recommend. Our flight was later in the day and the hotel offered late checkout which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. It’s well managed and well looked after.
