Oh wow! We have spent 6 nights here and we have had the best time ever. The staff are amazing - really attentive and thoughtful. Thank you, thank you for making our time so special! The rides are great and honestly we have had the best laugh at some of the shows. The food in the buffet is fantastic and the coffee at breakfast- it is worth waiting for! If you are reading this because you are coming to Port Aventura hotel, you are in for a great holiday!

Staying in this hotel at the moment for a 4 night stay with my wife and 2 kids and all I can say is please avoid this hotel at all costs. Since we arrived there has been one problem after another. The rooms are tiny and the smell from the air vents is awful. We requested to move rooms but they informed us that they were fully booked on the first night but we would be accommodated in another room the following morning. When I went to reception the following morning I was met by an older man who was so rude and told me his staff never said this yesterday. My kids were upset so we had to leave it and suck it up. The beds are rock hard and the food in the buffet is awful. Now today on the last day I went to reception to get a fork for my room as my autistic son will only eat some noodles I bought in the shop but they told me they have nothing like that and there is nothing they can do. I also went to the restaurants and they would not help either. They do not want to help out their guests in any way and are so rude when you ask for any help. I will never recommend this hotel and definitely will not be back. Also the way the lady dealt with a request for something so simple for a child with special needs is just not acceptable. PLEASE AVOID

Rude pool attendant. The older man told us "You are in Spain, you must speak Spanish" when we asked him to explain in English for us. I understand & can speak basic Spanish but it's not my 1st language. What a disgusting way to treat paying guests to your hotel! A child was seriously injured in the pool the previous day & these pool attendants strolled casually around as she sat for at least 30 minutes in pain at the side of the pool. Her parents were left to manage by themselves! The pool attendant brought a single pack of ice for the child which he then later dipped in the pool to clean it & returned it to the cafe. The pool has a steep & slippery slope at the entry part, the hotel is very poorly maintained with open power boxes, skirting falling off & plaster coming off the walls. The room was way too hot & the air conditioning could not be programmed below 21c, making it impossible to sleep well. People queued to talk to reception staff while other people were allowed to just jump in without queuing which made wait times really long. The room cleaning staff are efficient and friendly and the staff in the food areas are helpful. The food is standard buffet food. The staff in Suala Cafe worked really hard. We have been to Portaventura 3 times, once to El Paso hotel & twice to this hotel. We will never go here again after this poor experience in 2026 & I would not recommend this hotel.
