Good points: The only positive point is the location of the apartments, close to the Salou promenade with all the restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is in the sun in the morning and in the shade in the afternoon but as it was very hot during our stay, this did not bother us. Air conditioning is essential! We had booked accommodation with them and luckily! Negative points: The keys to the accommodation must be collected from the agency which rents the apartments, but which is not on site. We also rented a parking space. It should be noted that parking is not located in the residence. It is an underground car park located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. When the keys are handed over at the agency, no one accompanies you to the accommodation. We manage to find everything by ourselves (only a document given with the Maps plan of the parking location). No inventory. When we arrived at the accommodation, we had a “surprise guest”: a large dead cockroach right in the middle of the living room. We saw others during our stay... The housekeeping really leaves something to be desired. However, on the day of departure, we were given the keys back by 9am. It’s early I think! And we don't see anyone because we have to leave the keys inside the apartment (the door locks automatically behind us). The equipment in the accommodation is insufficient, outdated and not worth the price paid: - the sofa bed in which our 2 children slept was broken - not even a pair of scissors, only 3 small spoons in accommodation provided at the base for 4 people... -2 throws as blankets, one of which is not at all suitable for the size of the bed. And many more.... We will not return to this accommodation.

Never travel again with ferris holiday’s again two of us travel one age 83 and registered blind and had a knee replacement and a hip replacement filled the form in to go downstairs and paid for extra leg room they didn’t provide none of this they shuffled upstairs and they could see we were struggling when nearer Spain they asked us if we wanted to go downstairs but we stayed where we were.All the courier was in was selling duty free booze her name was Sam we didn’t buy anything of her on principle but one of her colleagues was on with her family and they got seats downstairs.I would think if she worked as a courier she was able to go upstairs instead of shuffling a registered 83 year person who is registered blind upstairs.

Never book a room in this hotel!!! We came to a closed hotel, couldn't check in, got a dirty room with a sewage smell and only after 2 hours we moved to another room. In the other room, mattresses smelled of sour toes. There was only one small towel per person. Towels were full of stains. We were there 2 weeks and no one gave us new sheets or towels. The pool was full of hair and there was no toilet, which is very challenging if you have small children with you. The worst part was that we had to pay a 130 euro deposit and clean our apartment to get the money back. We wanted them to go through the apartment with us and return the money to us immediately, but they didn't want to do that.
