Very low-quality hotel with terrible and rude service, terrible and very neglected facilities. Overall a disastrous hotel

"Do not even think about going to this spa." We have been with IMSERSO and I have never felt so discriminated against and treated like a second-class customer. We had breakfast in a separate dining room, as we were served simpler food than the rest of the hotel. On top of that, we spent 4 days without Aquatonic and the Thermal Spa, the pool and the jacuzzi were broken when we arrived; after 9 days there, it was still the same."

We have enjoyed a romantic getaway, and it has been incredible. The spa, the gardens, the room, the staff, the food... you cannot ask for more. Congratulations on your work. I am sure we will return.
