Our experience at this campsite was unfortunately very disappointing and has had a big negative impact on our holiday. My in-laws have been coming to this campsite for about 30 years and have always come back with great pleasure. They just don't speak Spanish well. Because I do speak the language, I made the contact with the reception on their behalf. Beforehand, I asked at the reception if my in-laws could stand in a certain place, so that they could stay next to the grandfather and grandmother of the grandchildren. An employee of reception then indicated that this was agreed. Based on that, they placed their caravan, connected everything and unpacked it completely. The next day, another couple suddenly came and wanted to be in the same place. In our opinion there were several other suitable places available for their caravan, but we were still told that we had to move. When I calmly explained that we had received permission from the reception and asked how this could happen, we were not listened to. I was even called a liar, when I was just trying to explain the situation and find a solution. The most shocking thing was the way the manager, Jordy, dealt with me. He was very aggressive and intimidating. During the conversation he grabbed me firmly by my shoulder, causing me pain. His attitude, his tone and the way he spoke to me made me feel incredibly unsafe and powerless. I am a woman of 24 years and ended up crying in front of someone who treated me this way. Jordy pulled me aside for the interview, which made me feel even more vulnerable. I didn’t feel safe at all at the time and therefore chose to leave the situation. The way he behaved has made me feel very anxious and uncomfortable. In addition, there were threats that we would be expelled from the campsite if we did not cooperate immediately. This while the situation had arisen because we had previously received permission from the reception. Because of this whole event, we lost a full holiday. Everything had to be repacked, moved and rebuilt. This could have been avoided if communication within the campsite had been better. We also find it strange that it is indicated that you cannot reserve a specific seat, while we were allowed to stand on this spot and then had to bear the consequences of a planning error. After about 30 years of loyal visits from my in-laws, we never expected to be treated this way. The lack of respect, the way of communicating and especially the physical contact of the manager are absolutely unacceptable to us. Unfortunately we do not recommend this campsite. A holiday is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but because of the way we have been treated we have felt unsafe and unwelcome.

The campsite is wonderful for going with children. The water in the large pool is too hot, but otherwise everything is wonderful, especially the attention of all the staff, wanting to highlight the kindness of the lifeguards. Jan and Aleix. We went with friends the last weekend of June. The camping facilities were good, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Two minutes from the beach. They offer you to check in online, but when you arrive, you have to stand in the same line as if you hadn't done it... The staff at the entrance was very unpleasant. It's true that they get a lot of sun, but they have no manners or patience... Not all campers know how to maneuver with the trailer attached. I do not have to change my mother tongue for you to understand me!! On the day of departure, there is no option to enjoy the camping facilities; they charge you 20 euros per plot and 30 for a bungalow if you want to take advantage of the day (in low season).
