If you pay full price, then it's a bit on the expensive side. We were given a last-minute discount so very happy with what we got. The house is located in the middle of other identical houses. There is a grill in the yard, and the pool is very nicely sized for a family. Privacy is good. The parking space is on small side if you have an SUV, but for a standard car it's ok. Tables and chairs are available outside as well as two lounge chairs, and a pool shower, a nice plus. Inside, the kitchen is great, well equipped for six people with both an oven and a microwave. Bring your own grill thongs! Table and chairs accommodates more easily four than six adults but still very good. Nice couches and satellite TV in the living room. AC is only in the main room so leave the bedroom doors open to cool them down as well. There was one master bedroom with double bed and attached shower and toilet and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Quality of the beds was not great but ok for a short stay. A second bathroom with bathtub perfect for kids completed the house. The laundry room has both a deep sink (for hand washing) and a washing machine. It's exactly 300m to the beach and very calm and quiet. Teenagers are only allowed on request to keep the calm for families. There are only a few shops in the Riumar area, no ATMs and only a few bars and restaurants. You need to have a car to get around. Best bet for any shopping is Deltebre, 12km away. We really enjoyed our stay.
