We had booked a different hotel and were rebooked. The hotel's location to the beach is good, but the hotel's location to the center of Cambrils is poor. The food is okay, but there is way too little variety. There are no umbrellas at the hotel, even though the pool is in direct sunlight for almost the entire day. During our entire stay, we mostly encountered children, youth school classes, and soccer teams at the hotel. Accordingly, the noise level was high both during the day and at night, as well as in the dining room. One goes on vacation to relax, and that was not possible in this hotel. The cleanliness was, well, lacking. Maybe it was the wrong time for us to be there, but I would not recommend the hotel, and we will definitely not return. We booked 4 apartments there and had 2 different providers. AurumTours was accommodating and refunded us without any issues due to the rebooking. In contrast, Sunhotels was completely uncooperative, arguing that we were to blame because we knew which hotel we were coming to, and they refused to assist us out of goodwill. Never again a booking through Sunhotels.
