The Suites at Beverly Hills

Very good service in general, and in the pool area we were assisted by the lifeguard Eddy; honestly, tremendous service, a worker at the place always willing to help, congratulations to Mr. Eddy for such kindness.

The main positive points of the hotel is that the stay was incredibly cheap (which may explain some of the issues of the hotel) and the breakfast was good. However, you have to take breakfast early. The breakfast room, which is at an adjacent hotel, serves multiple huge hotels, which causes it to lack food and drinks one hour to one hour and a half before the breakfast closes. Regarding the downsides, the rooms could benefit from having AC, which they don't have. Also, there are a lot of stairs to be climbed to reach the room, and besides that we were given a room with two floors, which made it even worse. Speaking of the room, the furniture is a bit outdated. Also, the front desk receptionist charged us less than the right amount, and we had to go to the reception a second time. On that second time, she wanted to charge us more than the difference. So maybe the hotel could hire a receptionist that could more easily do calculations. Above all, it's not a bad hotel, specially for its price, but could use some improvements.

We had an excellent stay at the Ona Beverly Hills Heights and we recommend this establishment to those looking for peace and quiet. The hotel is very peaceful, with no entertainment, which perfectly matched our expectations. Meals are served at the Hollywood Mirage hotel, right across the street. The buffet is varied, the dishes change regularly, and we ate very well. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and always available. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, which was more spacious than the photos suggested. It is not just a single room but a real apartment with a separate bedroom. The bedroom has two very large beds, a desk, and a large walk-in closet with many hangers. Our son slept comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room is well equipped with a convertible sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television, a dining table with chairs, as well as a bar area with stools. The kitchen is very functional: stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, large refrigerator-freezer, all the necessary dishes, as well as a dishwashing kit. Air conditioning is present in both the bedroom and the living room, complemented by very effective ceiling fans. The terrace is pleasant with a table, chairs, reclining chairs, and a wall-mounted drying rack. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. Note that there was no hair dryer in our apartment. A safe is available in the bedroom for an additional fee. There is also an ironing board and an iron. We found the entire establishment to be very clean. The windows on the entrance side are equipped with bars, which is reassuring. One small point of caution: the terrace railing is relatively low, so you must be careful with young children. We were able to rent a car by asking directly at the hotel reception, which calls Canarias.com; a driver comes to pick you up to take you to the agency in town and brings you back at the end of the rental if you wish. In summary, excellent value for money, a quiet hotel, very well maintained and ideal for a relaxing vacation. We would gladly return.
