After a stay at this hotel HOTEL BAHIA SINLIGHT from 27 September 2025 to 11 October 2025, last: for 03 people, including 1 person with reduced mobility. Arriving in TENERIFE - assistance was not ready, we waited 1/4 hour in the plane, then, they had trouble giving us, our armchair, an extra 15 minute wait. airport/hotel and hotel/airport transfer due to pay a taxi 42 euros outbound and 42 euros return. the room was not suitable for people with reduced mobility. the door of the bathroom did not open completely, it started to walk , the toilet not fixed. the hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users: for time they are the symbol of mobility . We had to change rooms and lower the price range. We had trouble getting this refunded when we returned between the two bedroom category. it is necessary to take the city bus, to go into town 2.50 euros one way, against the shuttle of the hotel which is paid 3.80 euros, contrary to the description of the hotel. Fortunately, we had the sun coming in. So be careful to check before booking this hotel.

We returned for the final week before it closed for refurbishment. We as always had the best time. A shout out to the entertainment team. Erica, Lucia, Ernesto, Anis, Katel, Yolanda and the Entertainment Manager. Each and every single one of these people are the reason we return time and time again these guys are a credit to Bahia Principe. Nothing is ever too much. Thank you 😊
