The rooms were spacious and really modern, they were lovely and the location of the hotel was perfect! about 10 minutes from the beach everything we needed was within walking distance. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, although we didn’t chill by the pool there always seemed to be sunbeds available for use even at midday. We had issues with leaving some luggage on the transfer to the hotel and Montse was so helpful and lovely! she was able to help us get our bag back and updated us as often as she could with news of our bag. we cannot thank her enough and are forever grateful such a lovely & helpful staff member was there. without her help we wouldn’t of been able to get it back so thank you!!!

Nice hotel in general, rooms were good and spacious and had everything you needed even had a bottle of processco on arrival, only downside was no air con and bedroom did feel very hot all day and night. Location was also great and about 5-10 minute walk from all main areas/bars/beach/resturants. Pool area was okay and sunbeds were available all the time.

Spent a week here for my birthday I am unsure what peoples expectations are in all honesty... We had a premium sea view room on floor 6 cannot fault the room and self catering facilities there was everything you could need. Lovely bathroom and cleaner came 5 days a week. Deposit was returned within 24 hours and the room check took only a couple of minutes ... its simple treat the place with respect and you will be fine, damage it and you may have to pay. There was a small mark on the bedside table when we arrived i got reception to note this and it was not an issue as we didn't cause it. All the reception staff were all lovely to my husband and I so i am not sure why there have been some comments. Show respect and courtesy and you will get it back. Nice pool area and frankly I don't want to hear other peoples music blaring or be covered in someone else's smoke so happy that its kept peaceful so you can relax use earbuds if you want to listen to music. We mostly used the sun terrace on the roof which I loved... only slight downside is the "refreshing shower" on solarium was barely a dribble and boiling hot water lol. Great location, yes you could hear some background but didn't disturb us at all. Knew about the fans and aircon so took our own little desk fans ( thanks temu ) with theses and the windows open we were fine and it was about 35c when we were there but I am used to Caribbean temperatures and hate the cold lol Supermarket opposite good and its about 6-7 mins walk to the Siam mall where there is a larger supermarket a bit cheaper. I would have no issues returning to these newly refurbished apartments for the price we paid and we both wished we had booked longer. We will definitely return if the price is right.
