I read the previous reviews and must admit it left me nervous, but you can't always believe what you read. This place isn't 5 star its a reasonable price accommodation in a prime location in Costa Adeje. If you take time to read before booking you will realise this and you'll realise it has no swimming pool ! The staff are very accommodating, they are contactable at all times of day and night and will do anything for you, they are very friendly. The room was basic, but it did what we needed for a week, it always had constant hot water and air conditioning The outside area is private, people staying there were very friendly and it felt very safe. I will stay here again, it was excellent, it more than met the standards as far as I am concerned and I would recommend this to anyone on a budget. The smart bakery is an excellent cafe attached to the hotel and I 5 star and I would recommend a visit here also. A fantastic holiday overall and I will definitely return.

Do not stay here this place is diabolical people in small boats have a better room reported a problem with wi fi was not interested at all heavy front door kept you awake when it slammed shut to much to report just look some where else

I booked as fairly central. Cleaned daily. Neighbours very noisy and over occupied. Doors slamming constantly which shook the whole building. Worse part....on day of departure wasn't even allowed to sit on the communal terrace to wait for my transfer. Was asked to leave immediately by the cleaner using Google translate. As a solo female would never book again. Totally unfriendly
