Club La Mar

We know these apartments and area very well as we lived at club la mar. These apartments are very well placed and has a very nice pool area. Apartment was clean and fortunately the cleaner was very helpful. We cannot remember the number of the apartment but it has all white furniture on the advertisement. No hairdryer, all apartments have a fixed hairdryer in the bathroom but this particular apartment has had it removed. No bath mats in either bathroom which means a very slippy floor. No loo roll. No parasol on the balcony. Front door handle broken on the inside which made exit and locking very difficult. No lift key provided. Hand over was non existent, fortunately we had a friend on site who spoke to the cleaner who then let us in and gave us a key, as apparently the contact who was supposed to meet us was in the States. Front apartments are noisy with the traffic which we were aware of. We have had no contact from the owner and probably shouldn't expect a response.

What to say second time we have been there this time not as quiet as the first time, lift still being installed since April rooms clean TV amazing channels, this sofa not so comfy but different rooms have different sofas, bed in the rooms so comfy best I have tried in a long time not the room we booked from last yea further along and up one floor nearer to the side road which were installing new sewers all the month we were there also annoying dogs in the house nearest the apartment who barked at the slightest issue, also baby in the next apartment cried every morning at about 7.30 and going to bed and during the day and they live there permanently we think there for the month we went. if the price was cheaper we would go for three months different room same tv

We have just returned from 3 months (our second visit). Apt 72 is very clean, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a sunny balcony. Wi Fi is included which is a bonus. Swimming pool area is well mantaianed. Restaurants, supermarket and bus stops are all close by.
