Absolutely fantastic place. We arrived early not expecting to be able to check in until 3pm The lovely staff on reception went out of their way to accommodate an early check in at no extra cost and after a quick coffee we were in our room at 12 noon Our room was fantastic,large ,spacious,full cooking facilities and a safe. Huge balcony overlooking the pool.Very private too —I hate my balcony overlooking my neighbours. Heated swimming pool A 10 minutes walk to the old town and main bus station. Delicious breakfast. It’s quite a hilly walk back so for less mobile just one to remember. Lovely staff Highly recommended.

Super impressive accommodation in 2-bed apartment - Spotlessly clean - Excellent breakfast (we did B&B only) - Friendly staff - Superb location: nice 20 mins walk to town (but you have to be fit to climb back up through beautiful Tauro Park) - Extremely peaceful and lovely ambience We ate dinner in hotel twice- lacked atmosphere. I think they need a facelift to liven it up a bit, maybe do flamenco nights and more authentic live music. But a great stay

We loved our stay here. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was great. Really spacious, lovely view over the volcano and pool, large balcony and great sized rooms and bathroom. The staff were so lovely, kind and helpful and super friendly. The breakfast was great too (and we are quite fussy!). it was an added bonus being able to use the sister hotel next door where we had dinner one evening and spent a day by the pool. Glad to say it was easy to park our hire car for free just outside the building. We would highly recommend staying here.
