Green Garden Resort & Suites

We stayed at green garden resort for a week at the end of September with our 1 year old daughter. It was honestly amazing. So many things included in the all inclusive from drinks to the snack bar to food. The pool is great with plenty of loungers for everyone and even has a mini market for essentials and baby items. Mini disco and play area for the kids, my daughter loved the foam party. They even gave her a gift for her birthday and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Alba or Alva I think her name was, she was amazing. We got the family suite and it was bigger than expected. Rooms cleaned every day and the kitchen is great if wanting to relax in the room or self catering. Reception was extremely helpful always friendly when coming and going. Resort is a little further out of the way but the resort offers a free shuttle service to the beach front and Siam park at certain times of the day, however we just got a 10 minutes taxi or 20 minutes walk to the beach or supermarkets. Different themed foods every night but lots to chose from so easy to find something you will like and entertainment was fabulous. Would absolutely stay again and recommend !!! couldn’t fault it at all and even other families/couples staying were so friendly and respectful. We had the best time.

First of all the good points: beautiful kept gardens, lovely warm pool, spacious accommodation, hotel and rooms spotlessly clean, plenty of sunbeds - no need to reserve, lots available all day. Animation team do a fine job. Showers available all day if you have to check out hours before your flight. Not so good points: food very poor. It's never warm, cold plates, very repetitive starters and sweet courses. Drink service at dinner is very hit and miss. They ask what you want as you enter and bring it to you. 3 times out of 7 it never came so we had to remind them. Then if you want a second drink, you have to go all through it again. The service in restaurant is poor. Evening entertainment is average at best. Would I go again - no. Did I enjoy it - yes, but it wasn't worth the £2K I paid for 7 days.

We spent a weekend at the Green Garden to celebrate our anniversary and we could not have chosen better. We booked the room with a private pool and hammock on the terrace, and it was an absolute luxury! The hotel facilities are impeccable, in very good condition, everything is super clean and the areas are extremely spacious. We opted for the All-Inclusive option and it was a total success: in addition to the main meals (which are of high quality and very varied), they have a snack and drink area open for almost the entire day. A big plus is that they have a spacious garage, which makes parking much easier and provides a lot of peace of mind. Without a doubt, the best part of the hotel was the service received: the staff took wonderful care of us, being super attentive and kind at all times. We had a great time and we recommend it 100%. We will definitely be back!
