I came here with family for my birthday and as it was a special occasion we upgraded to star prestige with a sea view… not so sea view when we got there as it was simply a balcony that had ever so slightly turned right so would class as sea view. The side sea view rooms where directly next door so first complaint done. Staff are great, very helpful and friendly and the service they provide is exemplary. The hotel is immaculately clean and I think is cleaned 24 hours a day and smells great. The maid was fantastic and attended to the room twice a day with clean towels etc. With star prestige we had access to the roof top pool and snacks, drinks all day until 7. The snacks were pastries, cakes, sandwiches, fruit, salads etc so lunch was sorted every day. People who had regular wristbands on where also using the area as they could simply walk up the stairs to the 6th floor, feels like that extra payment was unnecessary at this point. The rooftop pool area is again spotless but lacks the vibe of fun on holiday as there are no mention of activities, games etc. I only noticed this hotel even had entertainment when I looked over my fake sea view balcony and seen an inflatable in the regular pool. The pool man is abit grumpy also. Nighttime entertainment is a singer every night and maybe because the hotel is adults only lacks the variety of magicians, parrot shows, dancing due to its audience but it’s something I did miss staying here. Although party max was a great entertainer. The app is great to report issues with the room or reduces room service or pay your bill. The Air con is NOT cold, we asked for someone to check it out and was told it was fine… er no it wasn’t. The balcony didn’t lock so was accessible from the outside. Brighter note, with star prestige the mini bar which is topped up daily is included and has coke, Diet Coke, Fanta, free net inside, and some jars of nuts also. The carpet on the stairs needs replacing and yes they did have the carpet cleaner out but it’s past it and definitely needs to go. Overall we had a great holiday and I would stay here again but not as my first choice as it is overpriced

Ben going to Tenerife now for the last 10 years really looking forward to this as this was the most. I’ve invested on a holiday for a week and what a disappointment you could go and it could be okay but if there’s any problems very unreliable very unprofessional absolutely disgusting where the management will lie make your promises and then lie, they absolutely spoilt my holiday when you spend nearly £4000 for a week for two people they got a situation wrongly threatened to kick me out of the hotel and when the picture became clear they then did everything they could to not apologise God forbid reimbursing me with anything Lots of hotels lots of nice places to go I would personally avoid this one and recommend anyone to avoid it another issue as well. The pictures look absolutely lovely but you can’t go everywhere unless you pay extra you have to pay extra for everything at this hotel I wanted to go to the pool on the roof which they wanted €800 for the pair of us to be able to go there also even though you’re all inclusive, there’s lots of places that you still have to pay for and you have to be really careful because I still got a bill for €200 at the end avoid. Oh, always end it on a positive food was quite good 😊

Incredible location, couldn't improve it if you tried. Easy access to bars, restaurants, shops, and especially the beach. Private gated access to the beach with a ramp takes you right onto the beachfront. Atmosphere around this hotel is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like royalty. The check in process is an experience. Champagne or drink of choice, cases collected from the coach for us and taken directly to your room. Rooms and decor are gorgeous, simply stunning. Spacious rooms with enormous shower and all the features you could want. Courtesy glass water jug with refill stations on every floor. Well stocked mini bar for drinks and snacks. By no means a "cheap" hotel but worth every penny. Very reasonable considering what you get for the price. Immaculately clean on every surface. Pool area is pristine and kept clean all day long. Pool area has music playing giving it a nice chilled vibe. Regularly artists play music, DJs or entertainment acts. Tasteful ones, not tacky. Ice creams are given out daily around mid afternoon. The food and drink from the pool bar are simply to die for. Same goes for the main restaurant, breakfast is unreal. Whatever your heart desires, you can have there. Even have musicians playing in a morning. Harpists, pianists etc. Been 3 times already and will absolutely be going again one day.
