Elegant, designer hotel, very clean with very kind staff. Located next to a wonderful park, in the residential area of Santa Cruz, elegant, convenient to the TF1. The restaurant is highly recommended, excellent dishes and very kind staff

The location is great and the food is good. Rooftop bar is the best. Some waiters at the restaurant and reception were distracted and forgot what to do. There was no response to three requests for checkout. Often forget to serve bread, need reminding. I asked for immediate payment after the clothes were washed before they had been collected.
