Great apartments although could do with a bit updating. Room clean with a big living room space. Bed in living room was what I can only describe as a put out drawer under the sofa. My daughter slept in it and was in pain most nights. The double bed was very comfortable. Didn’t need to go down early to get a sunbed and there was always plenty to go around. Be careful because the bigger pool you can’t use inflatables but there’s no sign so people were buying them and getting told to use the smaller pool. Can’t comment on food as we went out for food. There is a small shop at the hotel that sells sandwiches freshly made at only €3.50 and had plenty filling in. Good location with bars and restaurants around the doors. 10 mins walk to beach. 30 mins to Las Americas. Taxis across the road from the hotel are cheap. Overall a great hotel and would stay again.

Looks nice as you enter but soon goes down hill, go to reception to check in to be told room 304 down the corridor and up the stairs, only to find out it was 6 flights of stairs with 3 suitcases and hand luggage and no lift and no help from staff! Very basic and outdated room, booked for three people and had to make up sofa bed and find bedding for my son, upon finding bedding found a blanket in the cupboard only for him to wake the next morning covered in bites, rang reception to be told to come down we refused and said come to us, they send security guard who didn’t speak English and was no help, showed bite marks and he looked horrified and left. Kitchen was appalling, cooker was worn and couldn’t see anything on dials, microwave was dirty on arrival so didn’t use, cooking utensils and cutlery was not clean. The fridge had no shelves in the door so storage was minimal. Bedding we were given had stains that looked like blood marks, not very nice. There is no air con and each room is provided with a ceiling fan that quite frankly does nothing. Three sockets to plug things in and they were barely attached to the walls. Bathroom was a joke, the bath was big enough for a toddler and the shower well what a joke, had to bend down to wash hair and took about twenty minutes to actually get warm. Sunbeds you have to wait until 10 until they come and unchain them and by then there’s the whole hotel waiting. No pool bar, plus had a corner bar which wasn’t even open the whole time so have to go to the main bar which is in the entrance and have to be fully dressed.

Perfect location, we never stayed at this hotel but it was sister hotel of our hotel across the road. But we used this hotel for our breakfast and spent a day by their pool. Staff were very friendly and there is a shop and a restaurant at this hotel so all needs are catered for
