We Got back from Servatur Isora Tuesday . we booked a package on easy jet , when we pulled up to hotel my son said can you imagine if that’s our hotel - I straight away knew was ours🥴 the hotel Sign Was half missing as changed over, the front looked like needed a re vamp. Inside lobby was better , but me I kept positive, we checked in and told to go and eat in hotel , il be honest we went in late and we looked at each other and thought oh no is this for 7 days, we ate a few bits but my son refused , anyway we checked in a upgraded to all inclusive plus as we asked about it Was a extra 390 I think , we then was able to have bottle cokes/ sprites/fantas ,bottles beers, coffee made , table Service drinks in dining room and had separate areas , After went to our room we Had booked a superior room we was meant to have Coffee Machine and sea view dressing gowns . Was a sea view but no Coffee or anything else. The sofa was fulling apart and felt like a hammock and a big hole behind sofa been hidden , normally I don’t mind but was uncomfortable and very squished with us and 2 teens ,I don’t think was that room we paid for if I’m honest . the bathroom Was tatty , dirty Toliet and needs updating . Cleaners only made the beds and they come so early . Pros the breakfast nice of early , all The normal Bits ,waffles ,fresh pancakes , even cava on tap, lunch I found nice salads etc Some of their nights for dinner wasn’t so bad steaks, meats sometimes hit And miss under cooked , some Flies in areas , we did eat out at a nice Chinese up road . Staff friendly and extremely busy So they have a lot to do , mostly Spanish when we got there , all geared up For them . The snack bar we was able to go in the small bit for all inclusive plus people but the food hit and miss , all all kids demolishing it , gets bit goey all The burgers /chips /hotdog etc Entertainment very Spanish and shuts off early so most go in bar near reception for drinks till 12 All in all cheap holiday we didn’t pay a lot for school holidays ,if you do upgrade to all inclusive plus don’t have to queue for buffet and better drinks . Hotel needs a big refurb

Delayed flight meant we arrived late in the night, we were sorted straight away into clean large rooms. Air conditioning was great and the bedroom ceiling fan kept the cool air moving. We were in C block which was very quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant, loads to choose from, hot and tasty Lunch and Dinner - again, something for everyone . Pools, we tried all three over our stay and found the top pool better for us as a family, load of sunbeds available and they were comfy too. All staff we friendly and welcoming from gardeners to chefs, all smiled and acknowledged us all. The hotel is looked after and kept clean and tidy. The general atmosphere of the hotel is good, drinks are easy as it's self service for soft drinks and hot drinks too. Bar service is good and quick. Loved the location far enough to be quiet and close enough for shopping. With the new owner take over just happened you can see the improvements being made. Certainly a place I'd return too. Thank for a great holiday.

We booked this resort because we were looking for a 4-star experience, and we paid accordingly. Unfortunately, in our opinion, this resort is nowhere near a 4-star standard and would be more accurately rated 2 stars at best. We booked a family room. The main bedroom was fine, with two single beds, but the other two sleeping arrangements in the living area consisted of a sofa bed and a pull-out bed. The mattresses on both were extremely thin and uncomfortable. We raised this with the staff, who kindly provided additional mattresses, but unfortunately these were just as thin and did little to improve the situation. However, the biggest disappointment was the food. It was, quite simply, terrible. My children love beans on toast for breakfast, but the beans were consistently served cold. Lunch and dinner were so disappointing that we soon nicknamed the buffet the “buffet of despair.” The quality of the food was, in our opinion, not even close to a 2-star standard. We stayed for 11 nights and ultimately ended up eating every meal away from the resort, which was extremely disappointing considering we had paid for an all-inclusive experience. That said, we did still manage to have a good holiday, largely thanks to the pools, which were good, and the various places we visited outside the resort. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the poor accommodation and, particularly, the very disappointing food. Overall, this resort did not come close to delivering the 4-star experience we had paid for.
