Catalonia Oro Negro

We had a very pleasant stay at Catalonia Oro Negro in Tenerife. The hotel offered a welcoming atmosphere, and what truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Special thanks to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception, who were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist us with a smile. When we asked for suggestions about places to go out, they gave us very nice ideas and useful recommendations, which helped us enjoy our stay even more. We would also like to thank the dining room staff, who were attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Their positive attitude made our meals even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the Assistant Manager, who was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. When a problem occurred, he responded immediately and offered satisfactory solutions, showing real care for the guests. Overall, Catalonia Oro Negro is a hotel with excellent staff who make guests feel welcome and valued. We truly appreciated their support and hospitality.

Just got back from another fab holiday here. We had a lovely room with pool view. Staff are friendly and hotel is perfect for our needs. Food is repetative but we eat out. Cleaners are in daily and do a good job. Entertainment was inside this year due to work outside but it did not spoil our holiday. Just booked to go back again next year.

We have just got back from ore negro , it was our 4th stay and still can’t fault it , there was however work being done but it didn’t really interfere with our stay , the pool was the warmest I have ever been in it was just lovely to swim in , the staff were friendly and polite.the kitchen staff were the nicest people you could wish to meet , especially Camino x and yobavk and Frederico , no complaints about the food , plenty of choice and plenty to go around , the rooms were clean and comfy , overall we had another fabulous stay and will be returning Christine and don knight s.wales Must add we celebrated our 34 th anniversary whilst we there and the hotel staff left a bottle of Champaign in our room , lovely touch thankyou xx
