Nice clean spacious apartment for the 3 of us. All appliance and utensils if you fancy self catering but we ate out every night Nice pool area but need to get down early as towels go down and first couple of days we didn’t get a lounger There is however a rooftop terrace for sunbathing Easy access to playa de las Américas via 471 bus which goes from top of street and takes about 45 mins for €2 Plenty of restaurants around with a wide variety of menus Only downside is the sofa bed in the apartment was very uncomfortable Would stay again

Booked this hotel last year when at the Atlantic hotel. It has improved massively from when we first started visiting the area years ago. Plenty of different restaurants in the area, a few shops, close to Playa Paraiso if you want more, good public transport to Playa de las Americas/Fanabe etc. Light & bright hotel, large rooms, great view over the pool & sea over to La Gomera. Lovely extra touch with bottle of wine & bottle of water on arrival. As we arrived late, we were messaged with how to access the room - no issues at all. Room cleaned every other day- good service & topped up with essentials without having to request. All external areas cleaned on a daily basis. Plenty of sun loungers available - no problems with beds being reserved 1st week but some began reserving on the 2nd week which then set others off - unfortunate but you get the same everywhere. Great pool - lovely temperature which meant able to get in & swim without freezing The attached bar/restaurant was good- nice meals & cocktails with reasonable prices & and an additional discount for hotel guests. The discount also was applied at the supermarket & boutique (some very nice clothes at both). Martin always appeared to be on site & busy but available to help when needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel ( already booked for next year even before we had been this year) Looking forward to returning 😺

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and well maintained. Great views if you book the sea view option. Staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. Handily located on Callao's main shopping and dining area with bus and taxi stops very close and within reasonable walking distance of the Rosa Shopping Mall and Playa Paraiso. The attached bar/restaurant, shop and supermarket have a discount card included in the apartments arrival documents. The pool is warm and the sun loungers were easy to get a hold of every day of our 7 day stay. All in all we had a great stay and have booked for next year already.
