Alondras Park

I stayed in the Sunny Home Tenerife apartment and I had a very good experience. The apartment is renovated, with new furniture, a security door, and equipped with all services. The owner is very kind and helpful. Quiet location just a few steps from the ocean. Excellent restaurant and pool bar. The staff of the complex is very kind and competent. Recommendation

The apartment called Sunny Home Tenerife, D 101 in Alondra Park. We begin: When I will book in the photos everything super good, but unfortunately nothing to do with reality. I arrived and as soon as a bad smell came out of the bathroom frightening. I had to open the lid of the vessel so that I could pour bleach with smell and thus avoid the bad smell that gave even for the room. I start setting things up to settle in and apparently everything was fine, but I sit down to eat something and at the salon table you got ants up through your body, it was full of ants. But the worst was not that, the worst was when the night comes, I wake up to go to the bathroom and to drink water and when I go to the bathroom I find a small cockroach, I say well it is small nothing happens, it can happen everywhere, but the big surprise was when I go to the kitchen to drink water and I find that there were cockroaches all over the chicken, not only that, the cockroaches came and went out of the wooden racks of the kitchen and came out in a pack literally. The next morning I opened the cutlery drawer so I could have breakfast and I found myself with a spider and cockroaches, just like I opened the door down the chicken where I had things in a bag and I also found more cockroaches... Not content with that all the noise and scandal that was outside the apartment you could hear absolutely everything, they were laughing and parties until 2 in the morning so I got up at 7 minus a quarter to go to work. Obviously I don’t catch my eye all night because between the noise and the scandal of people because I couldn’t be calm because I felt that the cockroaches were there all over the floor, in fact when I wake up to go to work I find a cockroach on the wall next to me that was in bed. I open the closet so I could put the clothes in and the closet was bad to see, the walls in very bad shape. I speak to the girl who has organized the reservation and the check in issue and if it is true that at all times she offered to be for anything but once sending her a message of everything I saw that night only apologizes and obviously I do not want an apology as such I want to be solved the problem of ants and cockroaches that obviously that was not going to happen because she just told me that she was very sorry and that she had nothing else to offer me. Like I said when I started, the apartment has nothing to do with the photos because the bad condition is abysmal. The day after I stayed there that night, the lady moves to the apartment to talk about it and appears with the sunglasses (which by the way, super bad manners) and tells my mother because obviously I could not be because I had to go to work that she did not see it so bad, to which my mother replies “if you took off the sunglasses you would see the same thing that I am seeing”. Unbelievable... I went to put the comment on Booking putting the PIN that they give me and does not let me put any comment... I was going to turn a blind eye because it was for work issues but seeing everything that happened I prefer to put on record somewhere. On the other hand, I find that they can claim money for not having presented myself... if I did not come forward I would not have seen everything I saw, so IF I presented myself as such. She won't let me publish this without putting stars, I want to emphasize that if it were up to me, I wouldn't put any.

We are just leaving today after a 5 day stay and it was a wonderful place it's a very quiet residential area but has everything on our doorstep and plenty of buses into Los Cristianos and Las Americas for a busier time. A very special mention to the wonderful Shambhu at the Alondras apartments, he went above and beyond to help us as my niece was moving to Las Rosa on a permanent basis and we had so much to sort out why a gentleman!
