Terrible hotel, dirty, old, bad smell in the rooms, drinks at the "little pool" in paper cups, the plastic cups were for those who "pay," I wasn't going for free. In short, a disaster. They could give me a stay for free and I wouldn't want it. In the dining room we were dying of heat, in the music lounge the same, bathrooms with the kids full of hair, smelly beds... etc... etc... , the only ones who are saved are the dining room and bar staff and Adriana, that girl does everything she can to turn a very boring stay into a slightly more pleasant one. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. IT HAS TOO MANY STARS👎

This review is coming from someone here right now with her daughter we have been here a week so far let's start with the negatives the pool needs a little mantinance some of the tiles are coming off fix this and it will be a great hotel it doesn't affect the pools use the entertainment is hit and miss the food is pretty good my daughter is a fussy eater but we enjoy the food they have a good selection and we haven't had to eat out so we fussy eaters have found something we like the rooms are clean and tidy the beds are so comfy the staff are really nice there are shops and bars close by the beach is a bit of a let down but the hotel its self I would definitely visit again this review is from someone who is realistic and doesn't expect 5 star hotel for this price but its definitely one I would come again to we have had no issues only fault is a few pool tiles come off but doesn't affect use fix this and the hotel would be great

The hotel is very well located and really close to the center with its shops, restaurants, and bars. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, there are a few small negative points; the staff really did not speak French except for one young man, fortunately for the last two days, even though there were French people in the hotel, so it was a bit complicated when we needed information. Regarding the all-inclusive, I found it surprising that we were not entitled to a picnic basket for lunch when we left for the day, as is usually the case in all hotels... It is also strange that we have to pay for drinks after 11 PM, also a shame about the lack of variety in the meals, and the visual look was not great either, not a real paella in 1 week, the quantity was more or less there but that's it, very pleasant hotel but a shame about these little things...
