Back from a great 4 night stay! Travelled as 2 adults & a 12 year-old. Hotel delivers on all levels... Rooms are modern and clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Food is great with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Pool area is fantastic and there was always a sunbed available! We booked Level up... we had an exclusive area for breakfast and from 4pm to 5pm, you get snacks and drinks included! Not to mention it comes with a sea view room! Worth every penny! Slight niggles (if I was to be really picky): . Room on the small side for the 3 of us . We had no English TV channels . Lifts are very slow and small (lots of waiting). We were on 9th floor so did need the lift. Can't recommend this hotel enough! We will be back!

Absolutely recommended. A fantastic location overlooking the ocean. No air conditioning needed! Balcony door open and the good, fresh air flows into your room and ensures a good night's sleep. The buffet is rich and varied. Abundant choices that can satisfy the most difficult persons! Too bad about the very bad music 🎶 that keeps getting repeated and disturbing. Very friendly service. One feels so welcome!

We spent this weekend in the Level of this wonderful hotel, and as always, the experience was fantastic. Special thanks to Irene, Felipe, and Tony for their treatment and friendliness, and in general to all the hotel staff who are always attentive to every detail to make our stay incredible; we feel like family and, of course, we will return.
