Chimisay Hotel

If I could have given this less than 1 star I would... The worst hotel I have ever stayed in on the island.. Good location but it is in dyer need of an upgrade. My balcony door wouldn't open as it was rotten. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it, the shower and bath were beyond clean with black mould and ingrained dirt. When you sat on the toilet the whole toilet moved and I am not a heavy person. Breakfast was cold every morning with cold bacon and occasionally beans, no sausage, and the tortilla was rock hard, the only alternative was stale pastries or bread.... I threw my breakfast cards away and ate out in town... The pool area is tiny and the pool is only 6 strokes long with a few sunbeds around most of which are cracked and unusable... Find yourself a better hotel and avoid at all costs.

Tired and rundown. Badly needs a refurbishment.

It does not meet health and hygiene regulations, nor safety ones, the website says it should have fire extinguishers, ha. Don't go, a pigsty is cleaner, don't expect anything clean.
