Fairways Club

We have been coming here for the past 10 years, and whilst the apartments and service from reception is excellent we have seen a real drop in standards at the La Isla pool bar and kitchen. It. seems that the staff can’t close it quick enough, there used to be a happy out from 3-5pm and the bar and kitchen would then be open until 6. Unfortunately now it seems that the chef finishes at 4 and all staff had gone home by about 5pm. There are often around 50 people still enjoying the sun around the pool with nowhere to get food, water, or a beer. Not good enough really, so avoid coming here as there does not appear to be any consideration for the guests anymore. This is a shame as it used to be a lovely environment.

We spent 15 days in this residence, and we loved it. Apartment very well equipped and totally functional, we felt good there from the first few hours. The staff is welcoming and very friendly, cleaning is done every 2 days on average. Hotel well located and quiet. Close to beautiful beaches. In short, if we have to come back to Tenerife, this is where we will stay again

I stayed in an elite apartment. It was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had everything a person would need. Kitchen was fully equipped, even had a clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. I really enjoyed taking a jacuzzi, before going to sleep in my very comfortable bed. Had a nice outdoor area with my own private garden overlooking the pool. I enjoyed sitting out there, especially in the evenings. Pool was large, clean, and beautiful. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Very nice restaurant onsite with high quality food, and very friendly staff. There is also a very nice bar at the hotel. Both had great happy hour specials. There is a pool bar on the property, but I never made it there. Hotel staff were excellent, very nice, and very accommodating. Anything I needed or any questions I had were dealt with promptly. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She went out of her way to help me at all times. I will definitely be back!
