Fiesta Playa Paraiso

Dirty common areas, always people talking loudly at the hall counter at the entrance. People with private parking setting aside space for people who live there in the common area. Very bad experience

We spent a wonderful sun-filled month at Club Paraiso in January-February 2023. The recently renovated, beautifully decorated apartment was located on the tenth floor, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room/kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. A well-equipped, quiet, and functional apartment we warmly recommend. The breathtaking scenery from the spacious balcony forms an additional space that we enjoyed every day. We rented the apartment directly from the owner. All the information with photos about the apartment was sent to us in advance and everything was 100% accurate at our arrival. The landlady is the best possible, most helpful, always reachable, and shared great advice about excursion destinations and the environment in general. Friendly Club Paraiso staff took care of general cleanliness, supervision, and the garden. The pool area is big, clean, and well maintained. We always found a parking space in the private, supervised parking area for our rental car. During our stay here we also had the pleasure of getting to know the other residents of the house, friendly and wonderful residents who were always nice to meet. We highly recommend this apartment and the most wonderful Landlady in Club Paraiso, Playa Paraiso, Adeje, hoping we will have the opportunity to spend a month in this wonderful apartment again next year! Arrived at apartment eventually after being given the wrong apartment number by the host. The apartment was dreadful to say the least, not been cleaned properly if at all. No proper amenities for preparing food other than a sandwich. The complex was previously a hotel and the apartments were sold individually. No bar or shops on site. When I contacted the owner he didn't want to know, just made ridiculous excuses. Don't book this apartment you will regret it. Advertised as suite club paraiso
