Lower rooms are noisy due to being close to entrance and sensor bell is constantly ringing as people come in or leave the hotel. The breakfast is not plentiful and very basic. A packed breakfast to go is possible and consists of 1 small sandwich 2 fruit one of which was a kiwi which we could not eat as we did not have a knife to peel it, a small packet of orange juice and a butter tasting sponge cake. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms need to be refurbished since shower head and tap don't function. Staff isn't very helpful either. Although there there is a kettle and mugs in the room there are no teabags, coffee, sugar, milk etc. Water is always supplied.
