What a lovely hotel! We were greeted by Georgia who was ever so friendly and great with the kids. Cristian and Beatriz on reception were also very friendly and great with the kids, as were the others who unfortunately I forget their names. The pool area was kept clean and tidy, was never overly crowded, and the staff had games and activities during the day which was good.
The beach is right out the front, however you need to walk down some stairs. We had a 2yo so was awkward with the pram, but the alternative is to go out the front of the hotel , walk up the road and then down a big hill so we used the stairs as was easier. For people with a wheelchair though, it is a 3-5 min walk. Food quality was very nice and again was never really over crowded.
We loved the location as you have plenty of places to eat, drink and chill out in the evening with the kids, or you can stay in the hotel that has decent entertainment for the kids. We love going different places, but if we come back to Tenerife, we would 100% consider staying here again.
