HOVIMA Panorama

We have recently returned from a seven night stay in Hovima Panorama. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which was modern, clean and had a beautiful sea view. The apartment was perfect and was cleaned 5 days per week. There’s an overall relaxed vibe here. The pool is a generous size and was never overcrowded. We were booked in half board plus which included a drink with our meals and we had the option of swapping dinner for lunch once we asked at reception the day before. We found the food to be excellent. There was always something to cater for everyone and we never left the restaurant hungry! On the days we swapped dinner for lunch we were able to order from the menu at the pool bar which had many options on it. The buffet restaurant was never crowded, even arriving for breakfast just before 10am some mornings there were never any queues. There is a laundry facility which was helpful half way through our stay when we wished to freshen our clothes. The location is excellent. The accommodation is on a hill but only a stone throw from the sea front with many shops and restaurants no matter what direction you walk. I would say this accommodation is on the fringe of both Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. While everything about our stay was positive I think what makes Hovima Panorama really special is the staff who work there. Every single staff member we encountered from cleaning staff, reception, restaurant, bar, life guard were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went over and above to ensure that guests were enjoying their holiday. From arrival to check out, the staff at Hovima Panorama made us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful holiday and I really hope we’ll get to return again in the future.

We have just returned from this hotel, and can easily say it is the best 3 star hotel we have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely brilliant. The room and hotel areas were all very well maintained and very clean. We had been upgraded to a sea view room in a superior studio upon arrival which was absolutely brilliant and a lovely touch from the staff. The food was good quality, however due to the hotel only being small there was only a limited selection of food, this was the biggest downfall for us, and therefore we ate out on some of the days. The best meal time for us was lunch time as you could eat at the pool bar and choose what you wanted from a menu (almost like being in a restaurant), this was brilliant as we could choose what we wanted each day. The drinks were brilliant, especially the cocktails on offer. We would definitely stay again due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff being so helpful, they genuinely cared about your stay and making it as good as possible.

Me and my daughter have just recently stayed her,what an amazing place to stay at from our arrival to leaving the staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spaces as we had a one bedroom apartment with a surprise of a sea view,breakfast was great such a wide range of foods and lunch was great too,we didn't really eat in restaurant other than the bbq which was a lovely evening with lots of foods available, the hotel pool areas and room are spotlessly clean always,and the cleaning time are so friendly and helpful too,would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing comfortable stay with a very pleasant team,the hotel is also in a great location to town and sea and fabulous restaurants all you need for a perfect holiday
