Iberostar Grand Hotel Mencey

Have stayed at this hotel several times and as always just returned from a wonderful stay. The staff are always on hand to help and are polite and friendly nothing is ever too much. Rooms clean and spacious. Location is fantastic for shopping and eating out. Good value for money.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. It is worth mentioning the attentiveness and kindness of the staff and the exquisite dinner at Restaurante los Menceyes. Congratulations to the great team of this hotel

It is by no means an exclusive hotel. Poor room, mediocre breakfast, service 4* or 3*, we could not have any snacks at the bar (the only one available) in the late morning because the kitchen closed at 12, 45 minutes for a French omelet, the pool was overcrowded on weekends, it was impossible to eat on a Sunday at the pool bar because it gets filled with local people and they do not inform you about the difficulties of getting a table. Excellent location, but it is a shame that despite the Canarian architecture and the flavor of the hotel, they take such little care of the customer.
